Close tab with middle mouse click

Fun fact: Just yesterday we talked about that on IRC :)

We'd like to have it implemented just like in applications like 
Konqueror, meaning:

- it should be configurable
- if middle clicking is enabled, don't show the close button on tabs
- maybe more I forgot

Could you try to implement that as well?
