Close tab with middle mouse click

Hello

First of all I want to say You're doing great job. I track kdevelop
development from some time and in my opinion it changes in great
direction.

There is one thing I really miss in it - close action when pressing
middle button on the opened file tab. I added simple patch for adding
this feature. What You think about that?
