Started to fixup cppdebugger in trunk/kdevelop

Hi,

just a short "I got something useful done" message here, namely showing
local variables in the variable widget. There's a pretty obvious bug
and also variables are visible that are not defined at the "current"
position of execution.

However I also have a small question/wish: 

Could someone with some more experience with the code look into
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=182834
its making using our debugger a one-time thing.

Its not a big deal for me right now while working on the debugger as I
have to start a new kdevelop anyway. But I guess it would make it easier
to actually debug kdevelop inside kdevelop (which might have saved me an
hour or two implementing the above) :)
