That sounds good. We can always remove that and make kdevelop4.1 depend on
kde 4.3 (or later), but its really important that people can try out our
beta released without having to install kdelibs from trunk/ (not only
because it costs time, but also because they might break their existing 4.2
installation if they're not careful).
