bugs.kde.org: a thought

At this moment isn't easy switch from kdevelop 3 to kdevelop 4 because they
don't have the same feature
and the same stability (the already packaged version have to many crash ).

KDevelop 4 is only for how use already CMAKE or want start a new project.
