Php Beta1? Was: Re: Beta5 Done

Hmm indeed, so then it would be Alpha. Especially considering that we get 
crash reports every now and then...

But I personally couldn't care less for the name. Just having a tarball we 
could point people to in additional to a fitting tarball for kdevplatform + 
kdevelop should make stuff much easier to try out.

Lets wait for apaku/amilcar on giving pointers on how to proceed.
