Exporting NavigationWidget

Hi,

AFAIK the reason KDevelop has an svn:external on the navigationwidget
from kate. Whats the status of making the widget public API in kdelibs
and thus removing the svn:external? Can this be done for 4.2 or does it
have to wait for 4.3?
