Note that this can't go into kdelibs before 4.2.0 (due to freezes) and
kdevelop4.0.0/kdevplatform1.0.0 need to be able to compile and work with
kdelibs 4.2.0.

So you can commit this into kdelibs after the 4.2.0 branch has been created
but libaries/plugins in kdevplatform/kdevelop cannot use this until after
the first release (unless the first release comes after the KDE 4.3.0
release).
