I'll happily put it back in kdevelop if enough people feel strong about this. 
Less hassle for me when compiling & running tests anyway. I moved it because 
this was suggested (apaku, nsams). Also see -> http://www.phpunit.de/, eg 
http://framework.zend.com/ uses it. I might even write phpunit support during 
soc, depends a bit on their XML API.
