...or better yet, find out who broke it and give them a nudge on IRC 
:-). I don't think I've *ever* reported a build error to bugzilla, nor 
do I believe there should ever be a need to; it will either necessarily 
be fixed, or else it's a problem on one person's box. IMO that's best 
handled on IRC initially, and the appropriate mailing list if it persists.
