struggling to build KDev4

It somehow seems to work. I updated my packages thru web and now I am
compiling kdelibs (and next steps  are kdevplatform and kdev4 itself)

thanks a lot for your explanation, it has helped me a lot...

there are lot of things one has to do, just to be able to compile one
single program, that's why I am sometimes missing certain points. but
definitely you are great help for all people here.
