If you mean "kdevelop-3.5.1_fix_missing_output.patch" (svn rev 780036), it`s
already in gentoo portage.

So I'd like to ask you to compile KDevelop3 from svn (check our website
> for instructions) and see wether you need the patch with that or not.

Same things here. Checkout last version from svn: still can`t understand
compiler output, only with "force" option.
