Version number for KDE 3.5.8

3.4.2 is the version in the KDE/3.5/kdevelop branch. Once released the branch 
will be closed and the 3.4.x release series will die there.

The way I see it 3.5.0 will come from kdevelop/3.5 branch and will have it's 
first official release 3.5.0 in a month or so.
It will have more features than 3.4.2, but the main one is that it will have 
it's release schedule decoupled from KDE releases.

This is my opinion, I am not the boss here :) but this is how I think it 
should be.
