Version number for KDE 3.5.8

I'd prefer 3.5.0 but the version doesn't really matter now.

I won't commit to 3.x anymore, I promise :) Currently my free time is < 0 and 
starting December I think I'll be back to 4.x.
Basically, you should remove it only if nobody is really going to commit 
anything.
