Sure, it would just require those views to be parts like everything
else that would go in the central widget, IIRC. You could do this
with a separate widget so that it could also be in the toolview. Put
the widget in the toolview and the part containing the same widget in
the main window, and then all you would need would be drag and drop
or something similar so you could do dynamic rearrangement
