Projectmanagement with split-view?

Hi,

there's still some code in the projectmanagerview that would allow to
use a split-view, just like kdevelop3's autotools view. IMHO thats not
really needed and just creates confusion. Also those ifdefs make the
code uglier and thus I'd like to remove those few lines.

Any objections? Does somebody have plans for the project management view
that need a split-view?
