KDevelop 4.0 won't be released with the rest of KDE 4.0 since it's highly 
likely that it won't be ready.

What approach? Because we don't have icons? Because we have to work within the 
limitations of what the APIs available to us will allow us to do? Because 
we'd rather have other things that work rather than some silly icons? We'll 
implement it when we damn well feel like it.
