GDB Default View Patch

Hi,

As requested on #kdevelop, here's a trivial patch that changes the default 
view in the lower dock window to the FrameStack, rather than the GDB output 
view, on the grounds that KDevelop's GDB frontend should mean that there's 
not normally call to use the GDB window.

I'd not submitted anything before as I'd assumed that this was a concious 
design decision, but it certainly makes the GDB interface much more useful 
for me.
