That would indicate a problem with KTemporaryFile or kio on your pc. I
hope you are aware that that url shouldn't point to your
.kdev4/project.kdev4 file. It points to a temporary file (regardless of
the project being local or not).
Also the developerTempFile has nothing to do with reading that setting.
Its the projectTempFile that is used to read the manager setting.
