[VCS] Merging IAtomic* into IBasic*

Hi,

had another look at IAtomic* and I think this is too small for an
interface. A VCS that can't tell you the changes for a given revision is
broken - IMHO, so that can go into IBasic.

Which leaves repositoryRevision() in there, which basically fetches the
latest revision in which a given repo location was changed. I think this
should move to the browseable interface, or do we need that in the basic
interface for anything?
