Disabling GDB breakpoints doesn't work

Hi,

while debugging some stuff today I discovered that disabling Breakpoints
doesn't work. I tried to disable them before starting the app, they were
automatically re-activated then. Then when hitting the first breakpoint
I went to the bp widget and disabled all, but after continuing the app
it stopped at the next breakpoint.
