Animation bug found to be in Qt (both 3 and 4), not in KDE as reported

I reported bug #142321 about broken animations in KDE. (The background 
is not cleared between animation frames, so animations leave a trail). I 
have now produced small test applications for both Qt3 and Qt4 to show 
that the bug is in plain Qt. The report should therefore be moved 
upstream. Could someone with appropriate permission please take care of 
that?
