Because we already have dependecies between interfaces. And automake or
cmake builders will possibly extend the projectbuilder interface so they
would provide an extension interface anyway.

Also Alexander said we could run into bc-issues with this direct
dependecy, though I forgot to ask why exactly that is...

What I wanted to avoid with that change is that the QMakeBuilder uses an
nearly empty extension interface IQMakeBuilder because it can only
provide build/clean methods. (In theory it could provide a bootstrap()
method, but I'm not sure I want to add that).
