KDevPlatform and KDevelop documentation and the Documentation plugin

That's the problem with doxygen plugin which does not do recursive
search for directories with .tag files. I've hacked together a small
patch that at least shows them and adds them to the search index. If
somebody wants to commit it, please check for possible regressions as
I do not give any guarantees ;)
