There's no KDE4 port of kdiff3. A beta-state Qt4 port exists and even
has a kpart subclass. But the kpart-stuff is actually replaced by qt4
dummy stuff (i.e. there's a kreplacement.h which provides
KParts::ReadWritePart with empty members).

Also the part doesn't expose any interface so you can't really do much
with it.
