[patch] improved rails switching in kdevelop

The last patch I sent could not switch between controllers in plural
and models in singular so this patch kinda fixes the problem. It isn't
smart enough because it understands only "s" as a indication of a
plural but this patch is just a hack to make KDevelop a bit more
useful for Rails development and to make sure rdale could demonstrate
that tomorrow ;)
