RFC: KDevelop4 icons, what do we want/need?

Right. I didn't mean we have to use /all/ VCR-style controls, just that 
we /could/. (In fact, I'm not even trying to push it, just saying 'it 
works for now until we want to do something else' for the sake of being 
able to check a few of our needed icons off the list.)

My personal thought is to use the three we agree on, and also a 
VCR-style icon for 'restart' and /maybe/ 'run to cursor'. I don't think 
I would use VCR-style icons for the various step functions. :-)
