KDevelop4 and gdb version

As I'm still not 100% happy with the current debugger, I think it is 
worth to introduce dependecy to the CVS version if it *really* makes 
the KDevelop debugger better. I'd be against this dependency if 
KDevelop4 would appear before the new gdb is released. Right now this 
is not the case (at least I don't think there will be a stable KDevelop 
4 in 4 months), so I'm fine with the requirement. 
 Still, do it only when and if it is absolutely required. If its only 
recommended to have the latest gdb because its faster/more stable, than 
just do the version check and warn the user about the consequenses of 
using the released version of gdb.
