RFC: Sync-To-Current-File icon

I'd prefer to keep the icon that makes our user interface the most consistent 
through the application as well as with other applications that provide 
similar functionality. The change needs to be reverted so that the file 
selector, grepview, and kate's file selector use the same icon.

We should tackle this for KDevelop 4 instead.
