Incorrect "Rebuild the project?" warning

Hi,

Whenever I load my project and start the debugger it warns about the
fact that the project is out of date. After selecting yes, stopping the
debugger, closing the project and opening it again, the warning comes
back, altough it was rebuilt and nothing was changed meantime.

Somehow the out of date detection is wrong.

As I see even if I run the newly opened project without the debugger,
KDevelop issues a "make" before running, just that in this case no
error dialog is shown, so it's not that annoying.

Andras
