As expected, KDevelop 3.4 will not be translated.

KDevelop 3.4 is being released separate from KDE's release plan. We're just 
happening to use the same dates they are. There will be no translation of 
KDevelop 3.4 unless there is a KDE 3.5.7, at which point we will probably 
merge KDevelop 3.4 into the KDE 3.5 branch.
