KDevelop4: better menu/toolbar/shortcut control

Yes, but remember that the buttons also give visual information by their 
enabled/disabled state. Also I personally use these a lot.

Right, I think I tend to use that when I have my hand on the mouse. :-)
But Cut/Copy/Paste, Print, and especially font size can go as far as I 
care. (Who changes the font size in an IDE? Outside of the configuration 
dialog and setting it once for all time, of course.)
