KDevelop 3.4.0 final release freeze in place

Finally! What took you so long? ;)

Just wanted to point out again that we should probably mention the SVN
plugin / FileTree problem in the release notes
(http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=111900) as well as strongly
suggest using at least KDE-3.5.5 as we're vulnerable to the XIM-crash
(http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=89278) without it. Apart from
this, I think we're in reasonable shape.

Oh, and if people took another look at the Features draft that'd be
cool too. I'm sure we've forgotten something..
