KDevelop 3.4.0 final release freeze in place

Hi everybody!

What appears to be the last showstopper for the KDevelop 3.4.0 release has 
just been fixed. This means that as of now, the KDevelop 3.4 branch is frozen 
for only critical bugfixes. Please send all patches to the list for review to 
gain approval before committing. KDevelop 3.4.0 will be tagged on January 
15th so that we can release in time for the KDE 3.5.6 release.
