KDevelop 3.4.0 is the official KDevelop.
Future releases of KDE will only include KDevelop 3.4.x

But I notice that everybody prefers to
- dump the kdevelop 3.3.x and it's checkout possibility
- Make me change a ton of webpages (I still do not know how to properly 
explain this move on the website)
- Merge two SVN branches.
- Inform the translators.

Instead of:
- Keep the history (in a nice way)
- Changing two files in SVN
- Inform the translators

So I will shut up now.
