SVN commit 629259 by mattr:

Remove the plugins that haven't been ported yet and have been disabled from
compilation since the very beginning. When we get around to porting these, we
should use the plugins from the 3.4 branch as our base.

Of course, if there are strong rejections, I'll be happy to revert.
