[KDev4] What is the status of project manager, builders, debuggers?

Maybe I should just drop that in order to make place for people who take the 
time to actually do it instead of only planning to do it. There's a lot of 
areas that I feel good about at the moment, only KDevelop development is 
currently not one of them.
