KDevelop 3.4 beta 2 released

Hi,

KDevelop 3.4 beta 2 is officially released!

Kudos to Amilcar for posting the KDevelop 3.4 beta 2 release on the 
kdevelop.org website and in general being much better at handling his release 
dutes than I was. :)

Shame on me for taking so long with it to begin with, screwing up the tarballs 
the first time around, and then taking to long to get the tarballs fixed 
after I realized the problem. :(

The next release should be better, I promise. :)
