project views in 3.4

I just committed some fixes for the project views, which are now called view
sessions.

This is fixed and works very nicely with the new keyboard shotcuts.

I moved the submenu from project to view. But I am not really satisfied with
this position because most of the actions there are related to the current
view and not to views in general. But it is probably better than in project.

Done, now the encoding is saved and used for loading.

Are you sure? Here the option is set per default so that you should get the
toolbar in the toolview and not close to the main toolbar. When you unset it
it moves to the "normal" place for a toolbar.

Actually we have this option. Once the toolbar is in the normal position it
appears in the list of toolbars and can get disabled.
Mmh, there seems to be a bug with it. When you restart KDevelop the toolbar is
always visible. Strange, I do not know why this happens.

In deed this was the wanted feature. But I added an option for you to let all
files open when you switch to a session. But the default is the old behavior.
