The KDevelop 3.4 release

Hi all,

The KDevelop 3.4 release is approaching and I added a couple of draft pages to the wiki:

Please complete this pages, I will move their final version to the "normal" website in a week or so.
The time period really depends on when we tag 3.4.

After the pages get moved we have to give an extra week time for our 15 website translators to
translate them.

That last week will hopefully overlap the ftp download propagation week :)
