patch for "document current function" and "preview doxygen output"

Hi folks!
Here is a patch containing two small fixes (1 line each) for 
-"document current function": don't add @return for c'tor and d'tor
and
-"preview doxygen output": make sure configuration is written to disk, before 
starting doxygen.
