two bugfixes for kdevelop 3.3.4

Hi,
I tried to fix some bugs related to c++ getter/setter generation in kdevelop 
3.3.4.
I submitted the patches to the corresponding bug reports:

But I'm not sure how they're supposed to be submitted to SVN, so I'm writing 
to this list with patches attached...
