file list plugin (was Re: Direction of KDevelop4)

I have the impression that we are talking about different things here. Project 
views are defined sets of open files you can save and reopen later. Actually 
they work without any project. We tried to find a better name but we could 
not. So the name might be missleading.
This is part of the current file list plugin because I moved code from Quanta 
to this plugin. If you drop this your new plugin is not a replacement for 
what we have now. 

Please understand that Quanta will use KDevelop and we do not build anything. 
KDevelop is not only a C++ IDE anymore!

I personally would prefere no grouping at all, so would also ask for a way to 
switch back to the plain list.
