couldn't that wiki page be changed so that the tasks are listed first and then 
the devels instead of the devels and the tasks?

some tasks will require several devels and the current way makes it very 
closed. 
some tasks are still open but are not on the page: templates maintenance 
(might be splitted in C++ and others), documentation (needs several people), 
bugs (several people)...
