vladmir, john ping? are you guys interested in maintaing the debugger plugin 
in KDevelop 4? I'm not a debugger expert, but I can help a bit with the 
design. I know adymo is also interested in the topic, as already pointed out 
adymo wrote a small GDB/MI debugger for KDevelop.

I think it is very important to have maintainers as soon as possible :-)
