maintainers (was Re: Me wants me RIDE ;)

Good initiative, Roberto! Maintainers is something we've been lacking. :)

I can only agree with annma about the various forms of documentation and doc
integration.

Two more areas that hasn't been mentionened:
-The KDevelop Platform - I guess the Quanta guys will be a bit pissed off if
we don't continue this.. ;)
-The "VCS framework". Much as there is one. What's there has mostly grown
from Mario's work on the CVS plugin.

Btw, is it still the consensus that KTextEditor (KTE) plugins is a good idea
and we'll try to stay "editor neutral"? I always had the feeling it costs
more than it tastes. Just something worth spelling out for KDevelop4, I
think.
