configure script

Hi all,

it seems the configure script has disappeared from svn??
It's mentioned in INSTALL. Should INSTALL be adapted or left away?

From http://www.kdevelop.org/index.html?filename=HEAD/branches_compiling.html:

make -f admin/Makefile.common cvs-clean
make: *** No rule to make target `cvs-clean'.  Stop.

Well,
make -f Makefile.cvs    
works at last and creates the configure script.

But if you read INSTALL and expect the configure file at its place,
you get confused. Same if you run make -f admin/Makefile.common cvs-clean
and get that error message. 
Don't you think so?
