URLUtil::canonicalPath

Hi,

 kdevelop/lib/urlutil.cpp has the method from the subject which 
according to the comments is the same as QDir::canonicalPath.
Hereby I suggest the removal of it and changing all the code in SVN, 
including 3.4 branch because:
1) it is not needed
2) it is against the Qt licensing. Qt is under GPL, while urlutil is 
under LGPL and we are not allowed to relicense it.
