which KMainWindow?

Juk has just such a class, it is called ActionCollection.  You might want to 
look at that.  I think this is pretty common in kde apps.

It doesn't get around what Jens is talking about though.  That will have to be 
solved in KDE4, but a global action map would be nice for core KDevelop 
actions.
