how to install kdevelop 3.2 on redhat 9 ?

I'm sure RedHat has some kind of tool that automatically solves those 
dependencies.

I use SuSE so I'm not familiar with RedHat, but in SuSE is called Yast, and it 
does solve all dependencies for you.

google for it I'm sure you will find the name of the same tool in RedHat.
